Situation assessment - as a neutral

 

A confidential telephone discussion of up to 45 minutes, including considering whether a particular situation might be suitable for mediation (Resolve) or adaptation (Adapt) services.

You should be aware that I will approach all such discussions as a neutral and I will remain neutral throughout. For mediation services, I would also suggest that you encourage any other parties to contact me for a similar discussion.

If I'm appointed as a mediator, I will in any event offer the same opportunity to any other parties, free of charge. 

Online team demonstration
 

An online demonstration of up to 45 minutes for legal, trade union, HR, employee rep or other teams, showing how online mediation can work in practice using Zoom.

Small charity work

​

Mediation (Resolve) or adaptation (Adapt) work in situations involving small, under-funded charities, which would not otherwise have access to such services.
