
I act as an independent investigator into workplace issues. These include:

grievances

possible discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation relating to protected characteristics, such as age, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation

possible bullying
-
possible victimisation of a whistleblower
-
possible misconduct and/or gross misconduct
-
performance issues.
As a trained and experienced independent investigator, I:
-
ensure that the investigation is (and is seen to be) independent;
-
ensure that a rigorous investigation is carried out;
-
provide a reliable basis for future actions or decisions.
This avoids tying up managers in investigating issues when they could be focussing on the core activities of the organisation.
